14. Sharyn Feldman - Growing Together: The Heart of Parenthood

On this episode of Revelizations I’m joined by Sharyn Feldman. She has over 20 years of experience in counseling and education which she brings to her therapy and coaching practice. Her work focuses on strengthening parent-child interactions, fostering secure attachment, and promoting overall family wellness. Using evidence-based approaches rooted in attachment theory, and with a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, she integrates the core principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness, resilience-building, and emotion regulation techniques. In addition to helping clients navigate stress and relationship challenges, Sharyn specializes in supporting parents through their own mood challenges, anxieties, and the adjustments of parenthood. She provides both individual and group psychoeducation tailored to parents. She is dedicated to supporting parents to find greater understanding, harmony, and emotional well-being.
